You know, you learn all you can about photography—lighting, aperture, framing, and the rest—and in the end sometimes it just feels like it’s out of your hands. If it turns out, it’s because Someone Else got involved. And if it doesn’t, it’s because you’re mortal and you tend to goof things up. (By the way, a lot of my shoots just don’t turn out. But this was one that did.)
I find this especially true with my temple photography.
This was one of my more successful shoots. But it wasn’t because of my own strength or savvy.
